Welcome, Jose. This training plan has been designed to give you a solid foundation in the tools and workflows you will be using daily at Routemize. Over the course of five days, you will be introduced to Intercom as a customer support platform, learn how to build and manage support resources, get hands-on with Jobi (our AI agent), and develop the skills needed to run effective technical support sessions. Each day includes a live guided session with your trainer and independent work to reinforce what you have learned. Please complete all tasks before moving on to the next day.
